JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) - PT Baramulti Sukses Sarana Tbk (BSSR), coal miner based in Kalimantan, is seeking bank loan worth US$40 million for funding the acquisition of asset by its unit, PT Antang Gunung Meratus (WGM), valuing of US$50 million.
Geroad Jusuf, BSSR's corporate secretary, said AGM had in March 22, 2013 took over land, building and infrastructure, for supporting coal transportation, located in Tapin, South Kalimantan, from PT Baramulti Sugih Sentosa (BMSS).
AGM had issued promissory notes worth US$40 million to BMSS, its affiliated company. BSSR is seeking loan for settling that notes. ( hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
